Are you registered for Urbana 18? If not you can register at Urbana.org.
If you are a student and HAVE registered for Urbana 18 you can travel from Boston with a group of other New England students!
About 100 New England students will be flying out of Boston on a non-stop Southwest flight at 7 AM on December 27th and returning on a non-stop flight on January 1st at 7:15 PM. We have a roundtrip group reservation with Southwest Airlines. Our group will all be on the same flight. YOU could be a part of that group if you sign up for a ticket while they are still available.
Details
The round trip ticket price is $345.
Once you purchase the ticket through our site, it is non-refundable unless you get another Urbana 18 participant to fill your spot on the flight. You will only be able to swap and get a refund if they register for a ticket after you communicate to the coordinator that you need to cancel your ticket.
We will close our group reservation ticket sales on November 12, 2018. The waitlist will be open until December 27, 2018.
Southwest Airlines
All Southwest Flight policies will need to be followed for this flight. You will need adequate ID to get through security at the Boston and St. Louis airport(s). Two bags will be included in the flight price. Seats are not arranged ahead of time on Southwest, so you will need to check in before the flight to get your boarding pass and boarding group. Then you can sit with all of your (old and new) friends who arrange tickets through us. If you miss the flight, you will need to work with Southwest to see if you can get on another one. No refunds will be given through us.
St. Louis Airport
There will be an Urbana 18 Welcome Table at the St. Louis airport. They will direct you to where you can by a commuter train ticket downtown to your hotel(s). You will want to note where to pick up that train near your hotel for the day you need to return to the airport after Urbana 18! Your flight will leave at 7:15 PM, so you will probably want to leave downtown St. Louis by 4 PM on January 1st.
