Welcome Home: Finding yourself in an unexpected place
NE AAM Leaders Summit is a leaders’ retreat where Asian/Asian Americans from across New England can encounter the God who made us and sees us -- with our stories, gifts, and burdens -- so that we can see how He came to unleash our unique potential for leadership in our chapters, on our campuses, and in the world.
Whether you’re already leading or planning to lead next year, we want you to be refreshed, challenged, and empowered as unique individuals, but also members of a diverse regional Asian/Asian American leadership family.
This year, our theme is “Welcome Home: finding yourself in an unexpected place.” We’ll dive into this theme in the Book of Ruth, and as we engage God's word through insightful speakers, deep small group discussions, and relevant seminars, we'll examine the complicated and beautiful way that God wants to transform our idea of home as the intersection of culture, identity, family, and faith.
