Best Spring Break Ever - UNH Alumna

Below is a story of a UNH student who attended ServeUp two years ago:

"Not only did God show me love and glory during our service work, but he also blessed me with a family of brothers and sisters to grow in His Word. We broke down old walls to build up new ones; we plastered beautiful artwork onto plain bathroom walls; we listened to heartfelt testimonies of addicts and prostitutes; and we witnessed seven out of twelve student athletes get baptized in Tampa Bay. Our Spring Break was the BEST SPRING BREAK EVER! God moved in ways that I never could have imagined.

Our Spring Break was the BEST SPRING BREAK EVER! God moved in ways that I never could have imagined.

Through InterVarsity mission trips and conferences I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, became baptized and found a community of believers that accept me for who I am. Upon venturing into the real world, graduating from UNH, it was through God’s guidance I have been overseas serving the people of Uganda, and I am beyond excited to return in June to lead a group of college InterVarsity students. If it wasn’t for InterVarsity and opportunities to do short term missions like ServeUp, it may have taken God a bit longer to grab my attention to go and serve His people. I am so blessed to know that I have a God who loves, cares and watches over me”.
